Randi joined MGC as a Customer Support Specialist, bringing with her years of experience working with people in a variety of areas. She previously worked at Courtagen Life Sciences as a Patient Advocate Associate providing customer service and being the first point of contact for patients.

Randi graduated from West Chester University (PA) with a B.A. in Political Science, and taught high school World History for a number of years before moving her family to Massachusetts and joining the MGC team.

Outside of work she enjoys an active lifestyle with her family doing anything outside, enjoying local music and practicing yoga.
