Denise brings many years of experience supporting executive leadership, driving office operations, and managing human resources initiatives within the life sciences and healthcare industries. Prior to joining Medicinal Genomics Corporation, Denise partnered with C-level executives in providing strategic organizational support, managing critical business priorities, and helping advance operational initiatives.

At MGC, Denise leads key human resources functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, talent support, and initiatives that enhance the employee experience. Her blend of executive-level support, operational expertise, and commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture contributes to the company’s continued growth and success.

Denise holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from Northeastern University. A lifelong New England resident, she enjoys following Boston sports teams and spending time with her husband and two children.
