MaGiC Lysis is an easy, streamlined DNA isolation method that replaces the bead-based SenSATIVAx® DNA Purification process. Using the MaGiC Lysis Process, you can prep both flower and infused products in half the steps and a third of the time when compared to SenSATIVAx.
All Medicinal Genomics products are manufactured in ISO certified facilities. MGC develops and tests all of its reagents in house, but outsources the manufacture of our commercial products to ISO certified partners.
Enrichment is the only way to overcome sampling bias. Cannabis producers collect a representative sample to submit to the lab for testing. The lab then breaks down that sample into smaller parts to use for the various types of analysis. Without enrichment, the subsample may not actually contain the harmful pathogen you need to detect.
The MaGiC Lysis Reagent, MaGiC Stabilization Buffer, and PathoSEEK Amplification Mix can be stored at room temperature. PathoSEEK Detection Assays must be stored at -20C.
